Ingredients (2-3 people)

• 1 Spanish Paella kit. That’s it!!

Directions

1. Empty the content of can (base+broth) into your paella pan, and add the same measure of water (use the can as measure) and bring to boil.
2. Add the rice and the content of the envelope, which is saffron, and reduce to medium/low fire. Boil for 15 minutes.
3. That’s it! after the 15 min, just turn off the fire and cover the paella with aluminum paper during 3-5 minutes.
4. It is ready to eat!!
