Grilled Asparagus Wrapped with Iberico Ham is a perfect low-carb appetizer.

Ingredients
- 8 asparagus, trimmed
- Picualia Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
- 8 Slices of Iberico Ham
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 400° F.
- Place the asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt. Roast the asparagus for about 12 minutes or until tender. Let them cool.
- Wrap each asparagus with a slice of Iberico ham. Transfer to a Platter and serve.
