Acord Fed 100% Iberico Loin and Burrata Salad fresh and healthy recipe. Its preparation is very simple and quick

Ingredients:

2 Tomatoes
1 Burrata
A handful of arucula
8 Slices of Acorn Fed 100% Iberico Loin
Picualia Premium Blue Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Cut the tomato into slices and put in the center of the plate as a base and add a touch of salt and pepper.
2. Cut the Acorn Fed 100% Iberico Loin into slices and put over the tomato.
3. Add the burrata in the center and add the arucula around the plate.
4. Dress with Picualia Premium Blue Extra Virgin Olive Oil  to taste.
