These product come from 100% Ibérico pigs breed fed in its fattening stage with cereal and legumes feed and with field herbs.
Iberico Shoulder is smaller than Spanish Jamon (Ham) but keeps in its texture, flavor and all other virtues,with an added touch of finesse and gorgeousness that intensifies it even more. In mouth Iberico Shoulder is surprising due to its lightness, in contrast with the great richness of the aromatic hues that are liberated by the brilliant melting fat.
Slice it in very thin slices at room temperature.
