Slicing Service for a whole Spanish cured ham or shoulder. This service provides you with an outstanding slicing of your whole ham or shoulder.
We provide the sliced ham or shoulder in a vacuum packages for better conservation and freshness to consume. We include bones bagged in vacuum sealed bags, however those bags due the sharpie bones usually gets gone during shipment. You just need to place those bones in the freezer for better conservation.
We also include in a zip bag the NON EDIBLE bones as the anckle and the abanico (rib cover). These bones feint as they are exposed to the air during the curation process.
