The paleta, so far, is very good and the shipping was relatively fast. However the free ham holder and knife that came with the paleta were, to put it the nicer I can, underwhelming. There were no instructions on assembling the ham holder, once assembled it is quite cheap, and the knife did not cut at all. I had to spend over 15 minutes with an electric knife sharpener to be able to use it. That is the reason for my 4 * instead of 5. As an area for improvement, I would suggest a prompter confirmation of the order being accepted/filled. The only feedback I received was “Your order is being processed”.
