Love it!
I know it’s not cheap compared to what I’d pay at El Corte Inglés or another bakery in Madrid, but for me it was worth every penny. Being able to introduce my very American daughters to one of my favorite traditions means everything.
My wife jokes that during Christmas and New Year’s we eat a lot of Spanish food in our house — and she’s not wrong. I told her that when I close my eyes and eat the Roscón, the taste and smell instantly take me back to growing up in Madrid: family, friends, and the holidays.
