Spanish Pardina Lentils are a a bit smaller than other lentils. They have thin greenish-brown or greyish skin on them, and are yellow inside.
Thanks to the softness of its peel, and its easy boiling —you can cook it without previous soaking— and soft taste, the Pardina Lentil is very appreciated for the cooking of stews.
