Sliced Salchichon Iberico 2oz by Fermin

Sliced Salchichon made from Iberico pork fed on acorns.  This Iberico Salchichon is simply seasoned with sea salt and black pepper and allowed to cure in the pure mountain air for weeks. It comes in a 2oz sachet vacuum packed so that you get its full intact aroma and enjoy it at home.

Serve at room temperature and leave open from the vacuum pack for at least ten minutes before hand.
