Serrano Shoulder Boneless

Serrano Shoulder is a breed of pig with origins in the Sierra Mountains of northern Spain. Today, the pigs still range free, grazing on natural elements of the indigenous forests called dehesas. We are proud to bring you Serrano ham and paleta that is raised, slaughtered, and cured wholly in Spain. The bone has been removed from this particular product to maximize the product you receive and ease the carving process.
