Tortilla Española de Patatas con Cebolla. This is one of the most classic dishes in Spain made with eggs and potatoes. Now you can make it easy, breezy by using this mix. All you need to do is add 6 eggs, olive oil and salt. Guaranteed to hit the spot, you can serve this Spanish favorite hot or cold.
Check the cooking instructions, it is not big deal:
- Heat in the pan the content of one jar for 5′ or until is warm enough.
- Beat 6 eggs in a bowl.
- Add the warmed content of the jar (drain the oil) to the bowl with the beat eggs.
- Add salt as you like
- Heat the pan with just a few oil
- Add the content of the bowl to the pan. Medium fire power, 5 minutes each side.
NOTE.: To turn the content of the pan, upside down movement, use a bigger dish.
