I’ve prepared this recipe that reminds me my Grandma, She used to make the best Morcilla de Burgos (Rice Morcilla). I’m a Rice Morcilla lover, I’m from Burgos (Spain) and this Morcilla version is specially popular there.
A fun way to serve this tapa is using a single serving spoon per person. It is a great idea for a cocktail party.
- 1 pack of Morcilla Rice
- 2oz Guacamole
- Potato chips
- Heat oven to 375ºF
- Peel the Morcilla and slice in 1 inch slices.
- Place morcilla on a non-stick baking sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes
- Crush potato chips, then roll the morcilla in the potato chip
- Place the Morcilla on appetizer spoons with a pinch of guacamole
- Sprinkle Crushed Chips
- Whole Bone-In Hams
- Whole Boneless Ham
