The Serrano pig is the white pig that is raised in the beautiful lands surrounding La Alberca, home to Fermin. The Serrano Shoulder that this is sliced from is cured for a minimum 18 months using time honored traditional Spanish methods.
The paleta is the front shoulder, pre-sliced in a 2oz vacuum packed so that you get its full intact aroma and enjoy it at home.
Serve at room temperature and leave open from the vacuum pack for at least ten minutes before hand.
