The Iberico Chorizo Sausage is an artisanal dry-cured Iberico chorizo, made from the finest cuts of the Iberico pig, the original breed from Spain. Seasoned with the best paprika (Pimenton de la Vera), oregano, cumin and nutmeg, it offers an intense aroma and balanced flavor to the palate with a tiny spicy touch at the end. It is an all-natural food product, with no nitrates or nitrites added, and where Marcos Salamanca certify an Animal Wellfare environment.
Slice thinly. Ideal for Tapas, with Queso Manchego and a great Spanish wine.
