Iberico Ham & Parmesan Lollipops

Ingredients:

120g Parmesan Cheese

60g Iberico Ham

Preparation:

  1. Prepare 24 sticks in a recipient and cover them with cold water for about 30min
  2. Preheat the oven to 400F
  3. Chop the ham and cheese. You can use a blender, but not too much, as we need very small pieces of ham and cheese.
  4. On a baking sheet lined with baking paper or silicone foil, place 6 or 7 sticks separated from each other. Place a mold or ring of 2-3″ on the end of the stick and add a teaspoon of the mixture of cheese and ham inside the ring. Repeat with all the sticks in the tray.
  5. Insert the tray on top of the oven for 9-10 min (the cheese has to melt but not brown too much as parmesan cheese can get bitter). Repeat the procedure with the rest of the cheese and ham mix. Let them cool for a few minutes and serve or reserve in an airtight container.
  6. Enjoy
