Grilled Asparagus Wrapped with Iberico Ham is a perfect low-carb appetizer.
With only two delicious ingredients, you can make a stunning and good looking appetizer to offer when having guests around, or a healthy and low calorie snack, or a starter course as part of a full menu or even a meal to have on the go!
- Pre-heat the oven to 400° F.
- Place the asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt. Roast the asparagus for about 12 minutes or until tender. Let them cool.
- Wrap each asparagus with a slice of Iberico ham. Transfer to a Platter and serve.
